Managed crossed-functional teams of up to 15 members in 80+ projects for large and small organizations, including Bristol Myers Squibb, Diageo and Bayer Crop Science, and covering a wide variety of services: digital marketing strategy, digital policy advocacy, branding & creative direction, social media management and content production, online advertising, website design and development, hybrid and virtual event management and online event activation.

My responsibilities as a Project Manager:​

• Resources allocations/putting the team together for projects.

• Creation of project briefings, and briefing all internal resources and suppliers.

• Ensuring back-ups for absences.

• Managing internal resources and suppliers, creating, maintaining and following detailed project plans to ensure quality and timely deliveries within budget.

• Quality check of all deliverables before final delivery to the client.

• Coordination of all internal and external meetings, with follow-up.

• Set up and maintenance of projects on ERP software (MS Dynamics).

• Raising of Purchase Orders (POs) for all suppliers and approval of suppliers' invoices.

• Monitoring and controlling the project financial plan, to ensure project's profitability.

• Monitor and analyse project KPIs and provide recommendations to the client and the team to improve.

My responsibilities as a Squad Manager:

• Support the Account Manager / Squad Leader with growing the clients in portfolio, preparation of proposals and budgets, pitching proposals to clients.

• Maintenance of projects on ERP software (MS Dynamics).

• Quarterly checks of financial information on all projects across the Squad.

• Preparation and delivery of all outgoing invoices, with due follow-ups in case of delays in the payment.

• Mentoring other Project Managers and Squad Managers.

My responsibilities as a Squad Manager:

• Weekly monitoring of MS Dynamics CRM and PowerBI reports to make sure that projects, opportunities and accounts encodings are updated according to the procedure.

• Monthly supervision of projects closures, opportunities conversions and issuing client invoices.

• Follow up with Project Managers and Account Managers in the 12 Client Service Squads to update the encodings they are responsible for.

• Mentor and provide support where issues arise.

• Make sure all Project Managers and Account Managers are aware of and have access to procedures for operations administration.

• Provide suggestions for the implementation of new features on MS Dynamics.

• Keep the procedures updated and inform the squads members of any change
